St John's pumas played confidently against High Lane and hit double figures in victory.

St John's started at a good pace and pressed High lane from the start. Tomas opened the scoring with a strong shot on the turn after an excellent through ball from Jesse. High Lane pushed forwards but when they did Finlay and the rest of the defence were on hand to intercept and win back possession. Thomas and Victor then scored two goals each to make it 4-0 to St John's at the first break.

In the second third St John's again dominated and extended the lead with goals from Joe and Ishmaeel and another from Tomas. Harry and the St John's defence continued to keep High Lane at bay.

In the final third St John's created more chances and Tomas sealed his first St John's hat-trick after Josh's shot rebounded from both posts.
Finlay then got his first goal of the season before Joe and Ishmaeel added further goals to end the match 12-0.

It was an excellent team performance with all the boys contributing to victory.

Thanks for everyone's support
